Department: RTR Location:       Goregaon East Designation: Senior Executive   Position Summary: The Senior Executive is responsible for recording, analyzing and maintaining financial accounting data across all accounting areas.  This role will also assist the Accounting Manager with applying accounting principles and procedures to prepare and analyze financial information, in order to prepare accurate and timely reporting on our financials.  Work cross functionally to develop and implement methodologies and practices to achieve compliance and maintain financial statements and related accounting documents.   Key Responsibilities:  
  • Perform Bank reconciliation, daily cash balance reporting.
  • Support bank reconciliation and accounting necessary transactions.
  • Maintain and record prepaid expenses. Ensure accurate recording as per company policies.
  • Record, maintain and reconcile fixed assets for the managing units.
  • Assist in Month-end close process.
  • Prepare assigned Balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations, roll-forwards and provide analysis where applicable.
  • Actively participate in audits by performing functions like coordination, liaison and being responsible for assigned areas.

Experience:

Department: US OTC Location:       Goregaon East Designation: Executive   Position Summary: The US O2C Rebate Analyst is responsible for validating customer claims and invoices related to commercial rebates, administrative fees, volume incentive rebates (VIR), indirect billbacks, stocking allowances, and other customer-posted charges. This role ensures timely processing and payment of claims, conducts variance analysis against submitted claims, and supports dispute resolution through clear internal and external communication. The analyst also collaborates closely with various departments particularly Accounts Receivable to manage credit and debit applications within SAP. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Claims mailbox; including claims uploads and address customers’ inquiries
  • Validate & process commercial rebates, Admin fees, VIR, Indirect billback, Stocking allowance, and other fees posted by the customers. Maintain customer’s claim logs, navigate customer’s portals and download posted invoices.

Position Summary: The Chargeback Analyst is responsible for reviewing and processing membership to ensure accurate contract eligibility. This role involves daily processing of chargebacks to guarantee timely and precise credit issuance to wholesalers. Additionally, the analyst will conduct weekly reconciliations of processed chargebacks between RMS and SAP (General Ledger). The individual will also be responsible for resolving claim disputes through clear communication and correspondence, both internally and externally.   • Responsible for validating and processing original and resubmitted chargeback claims received via EDI and mail from customers.
  • Resolve chargeback errors in RMS/SAP submitted by customers. Analyse and validate chargeback discrepancies at the line level and process the claims accordingly.
  • Maintain and manage GPO membership rosters to ensure eligibility.
  • Ensure that customer disputes are addressed and resolved promptly.
